Fuelled perhaps
by the Grizzly, the Exe to Axe is becoming
increasingly popular over a wide area of the
country. It takes a special sort of runner
to tackle the 20 plus miles from Exmouth to
Seaton along the Coastal path but still they
keep coming. The rewards are only spiritual and it
is very much a case of finding your own way
as there are no marshals along the route.
This is not as difficult as it seems as the
sea is never far away.
